Valid vs. Invalid BRAT Leads
- BOXX will determine the validity of entered leads.
- BOXX defines a VALID LEAD as a contact name, followed by a valid phone number and/or email address, and sales opportunity details, i.e. specific product(s), etc.
- A BRAT lead remains valid for 90 days only.
- Any supplied leads which are already known to BOXX (via our sales team or another BRAT member) will be disqualified.
- In the event that the same lead is supplied by multiple BRAT members, only the member who first entered the information will be given credit for the lead.
- BOXX defines an INVALID LEAD as one which has either incorrect information or was never interested in purchasing a BOXX computing system.
- If a BRAT member supplies multiple invalid leads, his/her membership will be subject to termination.
BRAT Commissions
- Only after a valid lead supplied by a BRAT member directly results in a competed BRAT sale (within 90 days of the lead being supplied) will the member be eligible to receive a BRAT commission off the final sale price, (excluding taxes or other fees applied to said final sale price).
- BOXX defines a completed BRAT sale as follows: when BOXX receives payment for the purchase and payment has been cleared.
- Only supplied lead sales which close at list price will result in a full 5% BRAT commission.
- Supplied lead sales which close below list price (due to discounts, rebates, promotions, etc.) will result in reduced BRAT commission percentages. For each 2% reduction in final sales price, the BRAT commission will be reduced by 1%.
- Regardless of final sales price, BOXX appreciates the efforts of our BRAT members and ensures that the minimum BRAT commission received will be 1% of a completed sale.
- A BRAT sale completed with the assistance of a third party (i.e. reseller, partner, etc...) will result in a 1% BRAT commission.
- If a BRAT member receives commission for a completed sale which is subsequently refunded to the purchaser, said BRAT member is required to return his/her BRAT commission to BOXX within 10 business days.
BRAT Commission Payment Procedure
- When BOXX verifies that a BRAT member’s supplied lead has resulted in a completed BRAT sale, BOXX will notify said BRAT member by email.
- Following the completed BRAT sale and prior to receiving commission payment, BRAT members must submit to BOXX information required by federal tax law in order to report income earned. CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS.
- BOXX will issue commission checks to BRAT members within 30 days of the completed sale.
