Chuck Shamburg

Controller

Mr. Shamburg joined BOXX  in 2005 as Controller.  He brings with him almost 30 years of experience in various financial, manufacturing and operational roles in a number of different industries.

Prior to joining BOXX, Mr. Shamburg was the Vice President of Finance for SRI Sports, which was one of the world leaders in the development and installation of synthetic turf and running tracks for the sports industry.  Mr. Shamburg also served as the Director of Finance for Solectron.  Mr. Shamburg also spent approximately 20 years in the oil and gas industry with Cooper Industries and then via mergers and acquisitions, Varco International in various financial management roles.

Mr. Shamburg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
